Grapefruit essential oil is extracted from the rind of the Citrus paradisi fruit through cold compression. This fragrant oil offers a wide range of benefits and is popular for use in aromatherapy, in skin and body care treatments, by herbalists and naturopaths. It can be used in a diffuser, burner or vaporizer, applied to the skin, added to a massage oil, used in a compress or included in a bath or shower.Grapefruit essential oil has a sharp, refreshing citric aroma that clears and focuses the mind. As an anti-depressant, grapefruit essential oil is at once calming and energizing. Because of its ability to improve mood, it can be used for depression, stress and hangover relief. For mood-lifting effects, apply several drops of grapefruit essential oil to a diffuser or combine it with a carrier oil for use in an uplifting aromatherapy massage.Grapefruit essential oil is offered by naturopaths as a diuretic to reduce bloating and fluid retention. Argan is good quality!
This is a good buy as Argan oil can be pricey. This oil was shipped in a glass bottle and appears to be of good quality. I was so impressed I bought 3 bottles and have been very pleased with this purchase.
