Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
We offer 2-3 business days processing time on all orders.
Wholesale orders require 4-14 business days for processing.
2. Domestic Shipping
All domestic US orders are processed and shipped with USPS or 2-day Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air Services.
Please note: UPS Ground will not expedite your bulk order’s processing time.
3. International Shipping
All international orders are shipped with DHL Express, FedEx International and UPS International.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information. Tracking is also accessible through your account.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping is free for orders over $35 within the US only.
Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from free shipping.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for import/duty fees during customs clearance based on country.
5. Shipping Delays
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for extra 2-3 business days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
6. Cancellation Policy
We gladly accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.
If you need to cancel your order, we respectfully request to contact us requesting a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

If you contact us when your order is dispatched, you can still return it for a full refund. Note, customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
